Lets just say one might win between 10-20 grand via offshore betting, what or where would be the safest location to secure these funds in order to avoid IRS investigation and not being taxed on our winnings....any ideas becuase I might guess this amount of money might be noticed, bu there again it may not...what do you guys think????
